KAZAXE HAS MOVED TO ONLINE CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

On March 27, 2019, we converted all of our customer database to an online database that you can access directly. You will now have the ability to not only view your account, but also to pre-register for classes, buy class packages, and collect rewards. If you currently have a Key Tag from us, then you already have an account. Use the information below to help get access to your account.

ACCESS YOUR NEW ONLINE ACCOUNT

If you have already been assigned a Key Tag from us, you already have an account that is registered under the email provided. .To access your account, click on MY ONLINE ACCOUNT to log into your account using your email address and your password.

FIRST LOGIN / FORGOT PASSWORD

If this is your first attempt to get into your account, you will need to create a new password. From the Login Screen, select “NEED NEW PASSWORD” and then enter your email address. An email will be sent to you then to reset your password.

If your email address is not recognized, then all you need is to create a new account using your preferred email address. Within 24 hrs, your old account will be merged with your new account. Please contact the main office at 703-520-5030 or send an email to azukabom@verizon.net if you do not see your information within that time frame.

If you are new to KAZAXE, use the form below to set up a new account with us. Once your account is established, let the Front Desk know on your first visit, that you need a Key Tag issued. Front that point, you will be able to sign in for classes.
